Genevieve Collins

CEO

Gen oversees the strategical direction and day-to-day operations of Artio Traffic Protection, LLC and provides guidance to each of the company's operations, as well as playing an active role in the planning and execution of our projects. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a BS Medical Laboratory Science, Gen worked in area hospitals for over 20 plus years where safety and quality are paramount. “You don’t get a second chance with someone’s life. It has to be perfect the first time, no short cuts!”

Zaine Collins

President

As the son of a lineman, Zaine grew up understanding the dangers of construction zones and the threats that traffic can pose to a working crew. Mr. Collins has his BSBA in Finance from Kutztown University and has been working inside the Utility Industry since 2015. Zaine runs the office operations at Artio Traffic Protection, LLC. He focuses on the mission of creating an environment where employees have the knowledge, tools, and passion to provide safe, high-quality work zones.

Lee Terwilliger

Director of Safety

Lee began his career in Traffic Protection as a flagger/ground worker for a utility vegetation management company in June of 2002. He advanced to a crew leader before moving into the safety profession. He then progressed to Director of Safety. Lee is a first aid and CPR instructor, certified utility arborist, and an ATSSA certified flagger instructor. Lee has 20 years of experience working in the utility services industry. Now, Mr. Terwilliger leads the health and safety program, and training, at Artio Traffic Protection, LLC. He develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates Artio’s environmental, occupational, and health/safety programs. Ensures compliance with OSHA and other related federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Lee conducts safety audits of the temporary traffic control we provide at job sites, and enforces adherence to regulations governing the health and safety of individuals, temporary traffic control, and protection the environment.

Tim Bowen
Controller

Tim serves as Financial Controller, bringing a strong combination of technical accounting expertise, operational finance knowledge, and strategic leadership to the organization. A graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, Tim began his career in accounting and steadily advanced through positions of increasing responsibility before assuming the role of Financial Controller. Throughout his career, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and business operations, enabling him to support sound financial decision-making and organizational growth. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Tim works closely with executive management to align financial strategy with business objectives. He is committed to improving financial processes, and providing timely, accurate insights that help drive operational efficiency and long-term success.

Andrea Laurice
Director of Operations

Andrea Laurice’s career at Artio Traffic Protection is a testament to dedication, leadership, and growth. She began in May 2020 as a flagger and quickly distinguished herself through her work ethic and commitment. Within a year, she advanced to Assistant Manager, where she mastered crew scheduling and daily operations. By August 2022, Andrea was promoted to Operations Manager of the North Jersey/Sparta yard, building strong client relationships and playing a key role in expanding the Artio team. In 2023, Andrea’s outstanding contributions were recognized with the prestigious Mark A. Mitchel Employee of the Year Award. She continued her upward trajectory and, in June 2025, was promoted to Director of Operations, where she now oversees all company operations and drives organizational excellence across the board. Outside of her professional achievements, Andrea is a devoted mother of two and an accomplished singer. She performs as a wedding singer and the lead vocalist of The Andrea Nies Band, bringing her passion for music to audiences on weekends. A dedicated animal lover, Andrea also cares for a variety of animals at home and aspires to one day establish a fully operational animal rescue.

Dana Keller

Business Development Manager

Dana began her professional journey as a Project Manager, assisting in event development and execution for clients and customers. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Dana’s passion for working with people led her to the role.   Dana began working for Artio Traffic Protection in April of 2024. At Artio, Dana serves as the main contact for client relationships and handles various marketing tasks, including face-to-face client interactions. With her expertise, she contributes to Artio's success. Dana's dedication and skills make her an asset to the team.
